Key Responsibilities

    • Become a Trusted Client Advisor: Develop and nurture strong, strategic relationships with our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business goals and acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Craft and Implement Effective Digital Strategies: Design and execute tailored digital plans that align with client objectives, ensuring measurable results and exceeding expectations.
    • Lead and Coordinate Digital Projects: Oversee the smooth execution of digital initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
    • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows, ensuring consistent and exceptional client service.
    • Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients, leveraging your knowledge of the digital landscape to optimize their performance.
    • Team Lead: Work closely with internal teams and guide account executives to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Analyze and Report on Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing clear and concise insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively Address Challenges: Identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
    • Stay Informed and Adaptable: Remain current with industry trends and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills.
    • Manage ads : Planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns to achieve marketing goals and enhance brand awareness

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools/software
